An incredible specimen of blue Kyanite crystal blades from the famous Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Kyanite forms within metamorphic rocks undergoing high heats and pressures within the Earth. This mineral is easily identified by its long and pronounced crystal blades and distinct blue color. The crystal blades on this piece are very large and long, producing a gorgeous and tall display. Light white and gray Muscovite crystals can also be seen shining on the back!
